Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS Ground with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. If you are purchasing a dollhouse kit, we strongly recommend you add any accessories such as shingles or siding to your order. This will greatly reduce your shipping costs.

Delivery Area

We deliver only to the lower 48 States. Sorry, we cannot deliver to Alaska or Hawaii or anywhere outside the USA.

Returns

We will only accept returns if your item(s) arrive broken, or you receive the wrong item. In order to return an item to us, you must first EMAIL us at sales@giftsanddolls.com to receive a return ID number which must be included on the package slip. We will not be held liable for any costs of returning the item(s) to the manufacturer.
